New Year’s Resolutions 2015

It is the start of a new year and after my post about 2014 I wanted to write a post looking forward to 2015. And what better way to look forward then with some New Year’s Resolutions! So here we go:

1. Keep up the blog

I want to try to keep posting once a week, especially when I am in Milan to keep everyone up to date.

2. Spend more time with my family (and friends)

I am very good at spending time with my friends, but unfortunately I have noticed I am not so good with spending time with my parents and sister, so this year I want to try to work on that.

3. Read 30 books

I have a goodreads page (www.goodreads.com/justplainsuus) where I keep track of which books I’ve read and which ones I want to read. Goodreads gives you the option to set a goal for the amount of books you want to read in a year, and my goal for this year is 30!

4. Make a scrapbook for 2015

In the past I have made scrapbooks for holidays, but I haven’t been on 4-week holidays since I started University and for smaller vacations it’s really hard to take the time to make one book. Besides I have had a lot of adventures besides holidays and I want to remember them all. So, inspired by Lily Pebbles video, I want to make a scrapbook for the whole year.

5. Have fun in Milan

As you might know, I am going to Milan in March for 5 months to study Architecture and this resolution is to not forget to also have fun while I am there.

6. Try to publish my own site

As you can read in this post, I have spent this semester building my own website. I am already pretty happy with how it is turning out and I hope I can make it work instead of wordpress as I use it now.

7. Keep up getting fitter

In the last couple of months of 2014 I have started to swim once a week and to walk a lot more to keep my body moving. I really want to keep this going in 2015 and maybe even start jogging or working out more often.

Those are my new year’s resolutions! Do you have any good resolutions?
