Kek Cafe in Delft

One of the beautiful fall days in the past weeks, me and my friends went for a drink at a local cafe called ‘Kek’. Besides being a cafe with organic food, good coffee and teas, it also sells all the furniture (similar to Stroop). Besides their furniture (and the food) they also sell jewelry, bags and various other bibs and bobs.

With my friends I ordered an Ice-tea (it was a pretty hot day). The teakaraf we got was quite a surprise! It held a spectacular metallic (very hot metal btw) top and in the water was some ice, mint, cranberry and lemon. We were told we had to wait 5/6 minutes before releasing the (hot) tea (inside the metal thing) into the icewater below. When we did, it created a spectacular ombre effect, and the tea was delicious!

A very short post today, but next week I will be reviewing a book again. Considering the amount of words I will be using then, I thought I’d give you some breathing room this week ;)
